HomeServicesAbout Book a call

Three ways to work together.

Find what's broken, systematize how you operate, or build the software you can't buy off the shelf. Every engagement starts with the same free call.

i

Practice Assessment

Know where to focus

I go through how your practice runs and find where the time and money are leaking. Every engagement starts here, and it's the only way I'll quote a build.

Best for: Every practice. It is the first step.

Process
  • Discovery call (60 min)
  • Operations and tooling audit
  • Review, on-site or virtual
  • A prioritized action plan
You get
  • A findings report
  • Ranked recommendations
  • Quick wins you can do yourself
  • A fixed quote if you want a build
Timeline1–2 weeks
Investmentfrom $1,500

The fee comes off any engagement you book within 30 days.

ii

System Development

Operations that run without you

We take one part of your practice that runs on memory and turn it into a written system your team can follow without you in the room.

Best for: A known problem that needs a real, documented fix.

Process
  • Discovery call (60 min)
  • Map how it works now
  • Design the new system
  • Write it all down
  • Build a training guide
You get
  • Working SOPs
  • Workflow documentation
  • An implementation guide
  • Training material for your team
Timeline2–4 weeks
Investmentfrom $3,000

Fixed scope, agreed up front. No surprise change orders.

iii

Custom Tooling Build

Software built for your clinic

Software built for how your clinic actually works. Sometimes it's a spreadsheet that kills a weekly chore. Sometimes it's a full system wired into your EMR.

Best for: A workflow that has outgrown anything you can buy.

Process
  • Start with an Assessment
  • Written scope and fixed quote
  • A working prototype to react to
  • Build, with two rounds of changes
  • Deploy and train your team
You get
  • Working, deployed software
  • Source code you own
  • Docs and team training
  • A 30-day bug-fix warranty
TimelineDays to months
Investmentscoped per project

Priced off the Assessment. I don't quote software I haven't scoped.

Custom toolingWhat custom software looks like

Not a platform. Not another subscription. A tool that does the one thing your practice needs, built around your workflow and yours to keep. Here's the kind of work that tends to pay for itself first.

Intake automation

Forms and data that land where they belong, so nobody retypes them.

Practice dashboards

Straight answers about volume, collections, and capacity, from your own data.

Lab & results tracking

Nothing falls through the cracks between the order and the follow-up.

Provider collaboration

Shared notes on complex patients, instead of a hallway conversation nobody wrote down.

Report generation

The report that takes your staff an hour, built in seconds.

AI-assisted workflows

Drafting and triage that hand your team back their afternoon.

System developmentCommon focus areas

Each System Development engagement takes on one area. These are the usual ones. We can work on others too.

Front desk operations

Scheduling, check-in, patient communication.

Billing & revenue cycle

Claims, collections, the patient financial experience.

Patient onboarding

Intake, paperwork, the first-visit experience.

Clinical workflow

Provider schedules, documentation, care coordination.

Staff management

Roles, responsibilities, and training.

Patient retention

Follow-up, reactivation, long-term relationships.

How these fit together

It's a path, not a menu. Everything starts with the Assessment, because it tells you where the time and money are actually going. Most practices guess wrong about that, and this is a cheap way to find out before you spend real money on the wrong fix. Book work within 30 days and the fee comes off the bill.

From there it's usually one of two things. System Development is for problems that are really about process, where what you need is a written workflow your team can follow, not more software.

Custom Tooling is for the rest, where the honest answer is that you need software that doesn't exist yet. That might be a small spreadsheet or a system wired into your EMR, which is why it's quoted off the Assessment instead of a price list. I don't quote software I haven't scoped, and you shouldn't trust anyone who does.

Not sure where you land? That's what the free call is for. If the answer is none of these, I'll tell you that too.

Not sure which one you need?

Start with a free call. We'll talk through what's actually broken and I'll point you to the right one, or tell you if there isn't one.
